On 5 July 2018, the National Health Service celebrated its 70th anniversary. To mark this significant milestone, we are delighted to present a video that recognises the contribution of haematology throughout the lifetime of the service.
Featuring Professor Barbara Bain and former BSH President Professor Ted Gordon-Smith, they explain how haematology has been central to the practice of medicine during the 70 years of the NHS, and the important role BSH plays in the development of the specialty.
