James Lind Alliance are inviting haematology professionals to help channel research in to blood donation and blood transfusion.  

A Priority Setting Partnership has been set up to spotlight unanswered research questions for future urgent research.

The process has thus far highlighted the process of blood donation, the benefits and complications of a blood transfusion, the decision and the administration of a blood transfusion as major concerns.  

This latest survey aims to help select the top 10 most important questions for future research in the specialist field.
