Cancellation Policy

Our courses areĀ arranged by the British Society for Haematology Enterprises ("BSHE") of 100 White Lion Street, London N1 9PF.
If a course is cancelled for any reason, we will notify you and return your payment as soon as we are reasonably able. If the event is cancelled BSHE will not be liable to refund the cost of transport/accommodation.

If you live within the European Economic Area (the EEA, which comprises: the European Union, Iceland, Lichtenstein and Norway) prior to attending the course you have the right to cancel your place within 7 working days of BSHE taking your payment by emailing or writing to us at the above address. We will refund to your credit or debit card / your bank as soon as we are reasonably able, and within 30 working days of receiving a cancellation request, the sum received from you in relation to your payment for a place on a course.

The above cancellation rights do not apply to those living outside of the EEA and BSHE will handle any requests from these areas on a case by case basis at its discretion. Apart from the foregoing, BSHE will only consider making refunds if it can sell on the place to someone else or in exceptional circumstances; and BSHE also reserves the right in these circumstances to make partial refunds to cover administration costs.
