BSH genomics grants are designed to support members of the Society who wish to pursue a research or service development project directly relevant to the application of genomics within haematology.

| Eligibility | All projects must be undertaken at a UK institution |
| Insurance/ Legal Requirements | A plan for appropriate ethical and/or institutional review board approvals should be detailed in the application and this must be in place before the award is transferred to the host institution. |

| Reporting Documents | A project report must be submitted within two years of receiving the award, including details of follow‑on funding. Recipients are expected to submit an abstract to the ASM. Reports may be showcased on the BSH website. |

Please Note:
Membership applications from individuals outside the UK can take up to six weeks to process. If you are applying for membership in order to apply for this funding and you do not work for the NHS or are not studying or working at a UK university, please submit your membership application at least six weeks before the grant deadline.
For applicants who work for the NHS or study/work at a UK university, we aim to process membership applications within three working days.
