Eligibility
  • The meeting may cover any haematology‑related topic.

  • It must be held in the UK and open to all BSH members.

  • If a registration fee applies, it must also apply to BSH members.

  • The meeting should be advertised on the BSH website.

  • Organisers must publicly acknowledge BSH support.

Application Requirements
  • a preliminary programme
  • detailed meeting costs/budget forecast
  • details of any other sources of funding
  • all other relevant information, including your target audience
Applicant Requirements
  • Submit a short report on the impact of the funding within eight weeks of the meeting.

  • Provide evidence of expenditure (either a breakdown on headed paper or receipts up to the claimed amount).

  • Send your claim form and supporting documents to [email protected] as soon as possible after the meeting.
