Meeting Support

This grant supports the delivery of haematology‑related meetings in your local area. Funding may cover venue hire, catering, reasonable speaker travel expenses, and stationery.

Who can apply?	All BSH Members
Eligibility	The meeting may cover any haematology‑related topic. It must be held in the UK and open to all BSH members. If a registration fee applies, it must also apply to BSH members. The meeting should be advertised on the BSH website. Organisers must publicly acknowledge BSH support.
Application Requirements	a preliminary programme detailed meeting costs/budget forecast details of any other sources of funding all other relevant information, including your target audience
Applicant Requirements	Submit a short report on the impact of the funding within eight weeks of the meeting. Provide evidence of expenditure (either a breakdown on headed paper or receipts up to the claimed amount). Send your claim form and supporting documents to [email protected] as soon as possible after the meeting.

Deadline	No fixed deadline; apply at least 12 weeks before the meeting

Membership applications can take up to six weeks to process. If you are applying for membership please do so no later than six weeks prior to the application deadline or date of the event you wish to attend.
