Terms and Conditions
1.You are responsible for ensuring the information you supply as part of your application is correct and up to date. Should you provide fraudulent information, your application may be invalidated, and we may require that you return your funding.
2. You are responsible for complying with the highest standards of integrity in your training. If during your training, supported by our grant, you become subject to an investigation of professional misconduct, you must inform us immediately, and we may then suspend funding.
3. We encourage the promotion of our organisation, but you must obtain our explicit written consent each time you wish to make any statements about, or references in any documents or other medium to, our grant support or our organisation, or use our name and logo.
4. You will supply a report to us after completing your fellowship.
5. If any funding is unspent, we may request that these funds be returned. We may request to review some receipts or confirmation of payment as part of our financial due diligence.
6. Your photo and a copy of your report may be published in our communications materials, including our website and social media platforms. We will proofread and make any minor grammar or spelling corrections as required. We will contact you for approval if edits beyond minor corrections are required. You may request we do not publish confidential information or withdraw your consent for publication at any time
7. Under no circumstances shall BSH. employ the grant holders. The Training Institution shall be responsible for all claims arising from such training and BSH shall not be responsible for, or indemnify the Training Institution against, any such claims.
8. The Training Institution shall obtain and maintain all necessary licences, permits, consents and approvals in respect of the Training.
9. The Training Institution shall pay for and maintain or cause to be maintained and shall keep or cause to be kept in all respects in full force and effect, all necessary or appropriate insurance which may from time to time be necessary, prudent or appropriate in connection with the Training, the Premises and facilities and equipment used in connection with the Training. On request, the Training Institution shall provide BSH with a copy of such insurance policies.
10. The Training Institution shall indemnify and hold harmless BSH, its directors, officers, employees and agents (each an “Indemnified Party”) from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, losses, expenses and other liabilities that arise in relation to the Training, the Premises and facilities and equipment used in connection with the Training, except to the extent that such costs, claims, damages, losses and expenses arise as a result of the negligence of an Indemnified Party.
11. The Training Institution shall comply with all Applicable Laws relating to the processing of personal data (“Data Protection Laws”) in connection with its performance of the Grant Contract.
