NHS England has launched a four week consultation on a policy for the use of haematopoietic stem cell transplantation for sickle cell disease for adults.

We have reviewed the evidence and are proposing that this treatment should be further considered for routine commissioning.

The policy proposition and all the accompanying information are available on our website, where you can also access the online survey to share your views.
