Hemophilia advocacy leaders, healthcare professionals, and patients come together to implement strategies that close the gender care gap. This session will explore how personal narratives can shape policy, leveraging insights from early screening programs, gender-specific health data, digital health innovations, and best practices to drive systemic change for hemophilia pathmakers.

•  Humanize the challenges faced by women and girls with hemophilia through personal storytelling—building empathy and inspiring action among policymakers and influencers while ensuring lived experiences inform solutions that advance gender-equitable care.

• Engage data-driven strategies to highlight global disparities in diagnosing and treating hemophilia in women and girls while examining the financial and mental ‘costs’ of gender-based inequality over a lifetime.

• Leverage real-world insights from female-specific health metrics, AI-driven research, and digital health innovations to close the gender data gap in medical research, accelerating advocacy efforts and outcomes.
