This conference is a two-day meeting aimed at academics and clinicians who want to develop a better understanding of paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria (PNH). The faculty is made up of international experts in the field and topics discussed will include the biology of the disease and aspects around different therapies.

This is the first international conference in Paroxysmal Nocturnal Haemoglobinuria (PNH). The faculty is made up of international experts in the field. The conference will run over two days in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Topics that will be addressed at the meeting include:

  1. The pathophysiology and molecular aspects of PNH
  2. Clonal evolution in the disease
  3. Terminal complement inhibition with C5 inhibitors
  4. The emergence of proximal complement inhibition
  5. Breakthrough intravascular haemolysis
  6. The new global IPIG registry
  7. Updates on clinical trials

The meeting proves an opportunity to get updates on the disease and it’s management as well as the opportunity to meet and discuss issues with the conference faculty.
